Marc, it sounds like you had a lovely vacation. Good for you. :)
The weather was perfect, first one week Austria, every day a trip to somewhere, then 4 days beach, relaxing, only go out for diner. Thanks allot, our vacation couldn't be better :D:D:DMarc, it sounds like you had a lovely vacation. Good for you. :)
Yeap, thats what I ment :(*sigh* :(
Tried understanding this thread...I checked performance again, was low, only thing that stuck out was the heavy CPU2 usage. I fixed that with: https://testsquadron.com/threads/setting-cpu2-affinity-for-starcitizen-exe.7399/
Now I'm not flying through thick shit anymore, but still have to practice aiming, I still can't hit allot :)
It is actually very simple:Tried understanding this thread...

Haha great picture! =D
But it will be worth the effort, if your wife and son can move to where you are stationed :) Imagine seeing them every day :DI'm out east now, away from my family, and I'm not going to lie, I'm having a rough time. Three months away from my wife and son is a daunting prospect. I'm trying to focus on the work I need to do right now, and all I can think of is how much I miss them. :(
Better spend your time talking to your wife and son!!! We can wait ;)Anyways, I'll pop online when I can manage the time.
Yes, thank you for the words of encouragement. That is precisely why I'm doing this change. For my family. :)But it will be worth the effort, if your wife and son can move to where you are stationed :) Imagine seeing them every day :D
If all goes well, he'll be joining the military himself very soon, and he'll be off on his own. If not, I imagine he'll stay where the work is while my family moved wherever I get posted(what happens to @CrudeSasquatch??? Will he also move to your new cellar????)
Indeed my friend. We have Skype dates almost daily. Can't have my son forgetting who daddy is while I'm going. Or my wife forgetting who hubby is, for that matter. Haha.Better spend your time talking to your wife and son!!! We can wait ;)
Thanks for your kind words Sam. You are, and shall continue to be, the epitome of TEST. Simply amazing. :)I'm already missing you @Blind Owl (and you too, @CrudeSasquatch ).
But real life is it which counts - so please stay healthy and focussed ;)
Nevertheless, I would be very happy to read some posts of you here again now and then.
You two were - and still are - one of the major pillars of TEST community.
All the best, have a good time!
I would take 2 T.16000M sticks. The Logitech Extreme 3D Pro has another angle of play, the Logitech leans more forward. Optimal use of a flightstick isn't desktop level. I would make a two mounts to get the sticks attached to the desktop, under destop level, in front of your desk or two mounts on the armrest of your chair.View attachment 3644
Good morning somewhere I'm sure!
So any of you guys using the dual joysticks? Haven't used a controller or any type since I was in the Army on a buddy's console, almost 10 years ago now (getting old o_O). Have a cheap-o stick with throttle that was given to me, but it's all one unit so it takes up more space than I'm willing to sacrifice. So, basically, I only mouse and keyboard ever.
What this video describes, I can do for around $80 (no sales tax on internet purchase, go USA).

These, I could put on either side of keyboard to take up less room and I wouldn't be spending so much that If I don't like, I'll have to kick myself.
Do any of you see flaws in this plan? Care to share any thoughts or suggestions?
