Good idea, but then you still must resend all the Jerseys in Europe. Maybe it is an idea to send all jerseys together to an European member/country where the international package costs are cheap and then let him/her resend the jerseys.
In the Netherlands it costs €10 to send a package to Western Europe, €16 to Eastern Europe but it also costs 21% tax + 12% import
