Yea Glenmorangie is the shiznizzle. I also came across a good one recently, (my local liqour store does open evenings with tastings and stuff, they had scotch tastings and found a great one called Ardberg ;)
As we're talking single malts - Oban is one of my favourites, also the Singleton Spey Cascade is just delightful and smooth.

It's nice on occasion but a little too peaty for me.
Further proof that New Jersey is the armpit of the US. The only scotch I can get here is Johnnie Walker.

This is where I show my, I don't know what i'm showing in this, preference for dark rum. Back to the Polaris, It would be nice to see just a little more about it. so far, all we have is scant Lore, "well over one hundred meters" and "bulding for both Navy and militia". We can make an easy leap that it will be seen in SQ42, in some fashion, it seems to have been fast-tracked.

We have 4 liquor stores in town here and they all carry Talisker. What part of NJ does not have good whiskey?
