Finally got an appointment for the J&J single dose vaccine next week, so the fun of playing will I feel nothing or like shit brings me much joy.
I finally got an appointment as well for this weekend. A friend of ours had the J&J and she felt horrible the next day (fever, chills, etc). I will let you know how mine turns out.

My wife and I are fully vaccinated as of yesterday with the Pfizer vaccine - my wife had no adverse reaction this time.

How I feel getting the J&J vaccine soon as I see more and more stories about people having adverse reactions.
Its understandable to be [CONCERN]ed but keep this in mind: the data for AZ indicates the risk of the blood clotting side effect is somewhere in the scope of 0.000016%.
Don't fret, the risk is so infinitesimally small it's not worth the energy of worrying about, and if it does happen, now they are aware of the condition they can monitor for it and swing into action immediately at the earliest possible sign.
As far as we are aware right now, the J&J is similar or they would have picked it up in the clinical trials, the liklihood of it occuring will be less than minimal and now there are eyes on it any side effects can be monitored for and caught early too.
