No one's really lived until they've tried my 3 day roasted beef. Hard to explain what condensing 10litres of beer & leg over the stove for that long does, like a sweet garlicky savoury rich smokey syrup glaze.Just looked up how to make scotch eggs. My brothers and sisters across the pond are genius! The most innovative use of a fryer that my American brethren can come up with is frying a snicker bar…gag.
Been meaning to have my other half dig me a hole in the clay to try it in an earth oven. Maybe this year
