Voice attack adds a extra layer immersion and streamlines controls.Figured i would mention it..Playing in a pitch dark room while listening to house music and getting drunk also adds to the immersion.......

Short answer...yes. Took me a few days to learn the controls but after that it was smooth sailing. Space is vast and empty, you feel that playing the game.Many see that as a negative but I felt it added to the immersion.You are whatever you want to be in ED , and its up to you to make your own...

8 hour eating window / 16 hours of fasting or 4 hours to eat /20 hours of fasting. Your eating window is the period of time in which your suppose to get all your calories for the day.I eat whatever i want but stay below 2k calories a day.

I do intermittent fasting 5 days a week with one day being a 24hour fast and 4 days 8/16 or 4/20. How i stay fit: 1.Calisthenics 2.fasting 3. adult twister
