Going no meat is a great life goal when you also consider the health of your body. Sadly being Korean, I love barbecue wat too much to ever give it up.You won't get any proof or evidence against ;)
These days I'm bothered by/with this whole vegan topic. On the one hand I'm feeling okay with it, on the other hand I become weary - the whole day! I've already done some food adjustments but haven't found a satisfying solution. Today I've ordered a supplement - composed of peas, hemp and rice - for balancing out the share of protein. I'll see what this does ... o_O
I hear ya. I live in the Texas of Canada. Cattle country. Life revolves around steak, chicken and pork. Well I respect the choice of some to go vegan, I simply will not give up bacon. And steak. And bacon wrapped steak.Going no meat is a great life goal when you also consider the health of your body. Sadly being Korean, I love barbecue wat too much to ever give it up.
