Sir, yes, Sir :D Strange movie, btw. - kind of interesting, but didn't like it as much as the rest of this worlds' movie fans.

I am wishing you a positive power curve ;)

Haha, thanks. That shit was years ago for me. It's much more relaxed once your through the initial training phases. Coffee and donuts relaxed. ;)

As long as you are burning more calories than you are feeding donuts yourself per day its a "go" ;)

Quarter past four - working day is almost at its end. No sports for me today. I went yesterday for a 7 km run - reconstruction phase after some injuries; my goal is to reach again 20 km, but following the motto: everything is possible, nothing is neccesary. I am too old for playing games with my healthiness.

You won't get any proof or evidence against ;)

These days I'm bothered by/with this whole vegan topic. On the one hand I'm feeling okay with it, on the other hand I become weary - the whole day! I've already done some food adjustments but haven't found a satisfying solution. Today I've ordered a supplement - composed of peas, hemp and rice - for balancing out the share of protein. I'll see what this does ... o_O

Going no meat is a great life goal when you also consider the health of your body. Sadly being Korean, I love barbecue wat too much to ever give it up.

I hear ya. I live in the Texas of Canada. Cattle country. Life revolves around steak, chicken and pork. Well I respect the choice of some to go vegan, I simply will not give up bacon. And steak. And bacon wrapped steak.

I see it as an experiment for myself to test what is possible. Still, I am not sure how this will end. Fact is that I am not feeling really well since I am trying that (which is three months up to now). On the other hand I want to be successful. I want to prove to myself that vegan living is possible and a good way to live - or vice versa: I don't want to fail proving it to myself :D When the summer is around the corner and the smell of chargoal-grilled steak crashes onto (into) my nose - I don't know what happens....what I will do. Perhaps you will read some interesting headlines in the newspaper :D

I'll give up meat when steak, pepperoni, ham, bacon, sausage, salami, pot roast, chicken, turkey, and shrimp stop being so delicious.

Slide me over an afternoon latte please.

With real cream. I've been talking to this vegan guy recently, and I also dated a vegetarian not too long ago. But frankly, it's too inconvenient. I may feel that way because I already have food allergies that severely limit my diet (corn and egg whites), so when going out with friends and there's already only 3 options on the menu, two of them are bound to have meat.

That being said, these guys may have had a bit of an influence on me. Right now I'm eating leftover stir fry from last night, completely vegan. So I'm not against it, and I eat vegetarian when I can, but I can't sustain it all the time.

Plus, I love milk. And cheese, and ice cream, and yogurt... Milk products have saved my butt too many times when I needed something quick to eat. I can't give that up.

I guess I should also add that I buy my milk, meat, produce, and just about anything else I can locally. I'm not a 100% localvore, but I make a significant effort. I've been to a lot of these farms, and I know the animals are treated well.
