Used to rely on sleeping medication but had less than pleasant reactions. Actually easier for me to manage on my own without medication. Helps that I am semi-retired and rarely have to be somewhere first thing in the morning.

The moment I posted my 500th post, I got promoted from Cptn to Rear Admiral. A few hours later I got promoted to Vice Admiral. Montoya said that the forum was doing it by itself, but at the same time CosmicTrader had more then double posts and likes and still was rear. Owl and Sasquatch had more then 4k posts, also Rear at that moment. I have no clue

Yeah, around...two and a half. One last conference call. Then I have to absolve some shitty psycho online test as part of a development center I have to absolve upcoming week. I almost can't handle this pressure because failing would be...at least not good for my vita. Plus, my career would be influenced in a way which is not positive at all ...

aaah, you can handle it, those psycho test are bollocks. When searching for my first job I did them 3 times:
First I should have a 8, I had a 7, I used the wrong approach, wrong answer was worse then no answer.
Second I should have a 7.5, I had 8 but still they didn't find me suitable..... too friendly for the job, I had to be tougher.
Third I scored best of all, 9
If I can do it then anybody with a little common sense can do it ;)

Done this psycho test. Jeez, that was hell itself. Five tests, all around 15 Minutes + small training excercises. First two were o.K., just psycho-how-would-you-decide- or weight-the-statements-shit. But the last three...a horror trip. Hadn't expected that, to be honest. A colleague (this asshole, I will rape his ass as soon as he comes back from vacation) told me that this test is no problem at all, just 30 minutes of more or less dumb questions. Yes, well: 15 minutes of business charts/-tables analyzing, 15 minutes of testing your logical abilities and 15 minutes of testing your text analysis abilities by analyzing some business reports and stuff. I'm wasted and in need of a shower.
