Already 10 a.m.over here, and Winter is not coming but far, far away. +8 degrees Celsius over here and it won't become "better" like colder days, snow'n stuff. Instead it'll start to rain over xmas-days; more time for gaming and watching movies, yay :D

Well, did my duty and gave @CrimsonCyclist a receipt for xmas dinner.

Had also a challenge over here since I have to eat free of gluten and my wife is vegan (no meat, eggs, milk, cheese,...). But I'll take it and probably already have gained an idea how to manage it. I already made red cabbage for the main menu and a cream soup made of pumpkins and sweet potatoes; both put in the freezer. Now I have to bake something instead of a turkey/goose for xmas. My idea: I will roast and cook a hull made out of tofu, fill it with stuffing, bake it. Should work. You will get my report after xmas :smile:
