1) VirginAss realised he'd done irrepressible damage to his account and could not continue to use it. If that is the case why continue to carry on the same behavior under the new name NobForcer? So not this.
B) CIG gave him an ultimatum: You stop being a buttmunch or we'll boot you. Stopping being a buttmunch with the VA account would mean apologising and being nice, so killing it off and activating a new account means he can continue playing without admitting he was in the wrong, but again why continue the same behavior as NobForcer? So probably not this however referring to CIGs mods as 'Geniuses' suggests they may have giving him a bit of a kick in the bumhole.
2.2) His ORG gave him an ultimatum: You stop bringing our org in to disrepute by being a buttmunch or we'll boot you. His account was linked to the org as owner and was giving them a damn bad name. Killing VA, making a "Toon" as the org owner and making NobForcer is the best of both worlds, the old toxic account is gone and he is no longer directly linked to the Org as owner, meaning he can continue being a buttmunch as NobForcer. So likely this.
III) He knew I was about to pull this meme which would have destroyed whatever credit his old account had and would have made destroying it inevitable anyway, so best have done it before I posted it:
So I think likelihood is the above event 2.2 happened, combined with too many potential new members had heard about him and so his own bad name was killing his orgs potential. The name VirginAss had to go and is gone. If he continues to operate as previously, the same will happen to NobForcer, too. Just a matter of time.
He still hasn't told me if he will abandon pad-camping, either.

He probably bought that account he has from someone as it is older than his previous account. I'm surprised he did not use Jesus H Christ as his handle if it were not already taken.

well, who knows, I think his original account was locked up so he commandeered a neighborhood AA account. I hope he is worried, but it's not like his behavior will be effective in 3.0. Locks and destroying non owned ships will cause a crime stat. Once again, my curiosity is weather his killing of non pirate players and crime stat will be easily fixed at Kreah still, my guess is no. Being a pirate org is tough, and will continue to be even harder. I am just glad I have Bacon salt for my bacon... and popcorn.
