Hang on, technically, @Talonsbane is correct. Nothing will stop them from filing a lawsuit...just like Crytek, you don't have to have a real beef...you sue with the object of hoping the other party will cave, or won't have the money to lawyer up and fight.I wouldn't bet a dollar on it unless my business was dependent on it, but I suspect that the shape of the hat doesn't infringe on the patent.
