Testihol 2949 - with an unfortunate twist - SIGN UP FOR YOUR BOTTLES (Max of 10)

That's a downside of beer in general. Consumption means replacement. The alternative is unconscionable, but may explain the taste of some brands.

I'm trying to figure out what the downside is.

Guess the Aegis ship going to be announced in Frankfurt Aug 24th

Yanno, I still can't drink anything with alcohol properly since last summer, so you can probably have my share.

Guess the Aegis ship going to be announced in Frankfurt Aug 24th

This sounds oddly defeatist. Interdiction is in the game now, this universe we play in is not comparable to the real universe. So. Theorycrafting is still speculative, but SOMEONE should be thinking about these things. Or Drinking more.

    Wow Classic?

WoW is a hard game to play for a long time for a lot of players. Me included. Just pace yourself, there's no reason to burn out. It's funny too, in a WTF kind of way, because other players will blast and flame you until you play with the same single minded intensity as they have... and then...

Guess the Aegis ship going to be announced in Frankfurt Aug 24th

If you make a third point, with the same planet and vector image, you'll see that it does not intersect where P1 and P2 intersect. It describes another circle around the star. But this point is not gravitationally bound to the planet. For this to work, you would need to calculate the mass at...

    Sticky vs Normal threads

I don't really think it is a gross slur. In the context of this forum, it means "regular TEST Squadron caliber which may include some drunken ramblings... so beware...". The word "normal" is just a shorthand way to say that in TEST. I suppose it could be changed to "Special", but that has...

Guess the Aegis ship going to be announced in Frankfurt Aug 24th

If you want that in a spherical shape, look up truncated octahedron...(a 24gon) it's too complex to draw in here. Basically it's a shape with hexagon and squares bent to approximate a circle. You are also forgetting that the mines don't need to be 10km apart. They can be twice the maximum...

Guess the Aegis ship going to be announced in Frankfurt Aug 24th

Why don't you just do a 4 X 6 grid? you don't need it to be square, and you don't need a 3d grid either. The math is kind of a problem if the fastest the mine can travel is 1000 m/s. What you want to do is detect the ship, then fire a missile to intercept it, so you need just a radar grid, and...

Guess the Aegis ship going to be announced in Frankfurt Aug 24th

This is getting weirder and weirder. How are they detecting the ship from 500 km away, when our best in-game radar can't detect something 10 km away?

    Good news: It's not dislocated!

I spent part of last night trying to think how to respond... Everything, even jokes come out sounding morbid. I honestly don't think it would have mattered to me. Here... roughly the same kind of tire, but in a cage like it should be. View: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HANwJp8Z5mc

    Good news: It's not dislocated!

Wait two years. I promise you the stirling engine will not only design itself, but it will provide unlimited energy too.

    Good news: It's not dislocated!

It's not easy with adults ... but it's painful. You can break or dislocate a rib from impact or from coughing hard. If you want to know how hard, watch someone with bronchitis hold their chest when they're coughing. Do we tell him about small babies and croup? Naw. He's going to be scared...

Now I know what I'll be playing until the release of SQ42

Nothing needed to be redone, it's not like it was broken. My take at the moment (just speculation) is that they are leveraging some of the high end changes in the new Unity engine. I've used some of that for my own simulation projects, so I mean it has a lot of potential.

    Good news: It's not dislocated!

... ouch.... but you were lucky, it could have been a lot worse. Last time I broke something, was while putting air in a lock rim tire. Like an idiot, I was leaning over the tire, but that probably saved my arm from amputation. The blast thru me 31 feet, end over end and I landed on my back...
