Can I mix and match weapons from ships I own ? I have 3 so can i take off one and add to another ?

Nothing to do with Difficulty , it's simply laziness , you know a bit like the pricks who have to park their big cars right by the store entrance , even if it blocks the way for other people . or leave them on the drop off point , or park in disabled bays without entitlement . its laziness pure...

Yup it's a wrong save mate , you need make sure the Encoder is set to UTF-8 , then save it as User.cfg . after that your golden .
