Okay...

After seeing the Carrack and seeing what they did with the mild but significant re-design to the ship... I can say with sound mind and heart that I am completely fine with them holding off until February 2020. Based on what I've seen, I would even dare to say, take more time than that if you need it. Because to be quite honest, she's BEAUTIFUL!!!

Based on what I'm reading, my previously purchased Carrack will come with an Ursa Rover and A Pisces. Does everybody else see it that way or should I be grabbing both from the sale?

EDIT: I answered part of my question with a $20.00 upgrade. My shopping for the day is done me thinks and I only spent one LTI token.

it does come with a pisces, but you can upgrade it to the expedition variant

Correction to what you are seeing in the 'verse: The Pisces that comes with the Carrack only has 2 hardpoints, not 4 like you are currently seeing:
