I'm curiousif it will be something like the big twin brother of the Warden (which works pretty cool in the meantime. I've to admit that I'm slightly impressed and beginning to love her *shy* ).

What saying is this, when a ship is called "glass cannon"...?
It's a term commonly used to describe a particular style of class in rpgs. Its any class that completely abandons defense in favor of more firepower or the ability to hit heavier. Hence, the "glass cannon". It hits like a truck, but the slightest impact will shatter it.
In terms of this game, I'd guess that would mean a small ship with guns that are too large for the powerplant it can equip. In order to use those guns, they had to abandon shields and only use armor plating. At least, that is the first idea in my head when they say "glass cannon". It would be like the Gladius with a pair of S4 mounts but no shields.
We'll find out on Friday though.

Yah the Buccaneer to me seems like a "glass cannon" as well. Lots of firepower to disable a ship quickly. I just wonder about how big this ship will be, either way i'm going to get it :)
